Talking Angela - Getting Healthy

 this year being healthy was one of my new year's resolutions and so far it's going really well I have a special step-by-step approach which I'm going to share with you because well sharing is caring I don't eat in the morning I get really angry I've already showed you my morning take on granola but if you're in a rush make yourself a smoothie to take with you on the go just open the fridge and put everything green fine into a blender whoa well lots of green stuff is healthy but I want my food to taste better than this here's a yummy r1 freeze some bananas the night before and then in morning just put them into a blender add a little milk or water a spoonful of your favorite Oh a bit of Apple a pinch of cinnamon and a handful of fresh spinach blend it now this is good to be healthy you've got to have an active lifestyle but you don't need to go to the gym or spinning classes all the time just use every opportunity you can to walk changing the small things can make a big difference too instead of taking the elevator take the stairs instead of chatting in the cafe meet your friends in the park for a walk oh and dancing yes okay dancing is great fun and great exercise but it doesn't need to be in a club you can go wild in your room I sure do oh and Ronnie are you lots of running well running late mostly I often have to run after my bus when I take it too long changing my house oh wait wait for me I also run after my hat when the wind carries it away oh and I got myself a yoga mat so I can do yoga at home it's really relaxing oh that's good don't laugh you all know getting enough sleep is important for your health all these little changes are helping me live a much healthier life and I have a lot more energy as a result but don't forget to have fun and indulge yourself every now and again don't feel bad about having the occasional scoop of ice cream or cupcake balance is the key so try some of my tips and tricks and let me know how it works for you subscribe to my channel so you don't miss any of my upcoming videos and check out our talking Tom and friends channel for our amazing videos there's so much fun oh and one more thing are you having fun with my make up feature in the my talking Angela app cuz I sure AM have a great day my healthy little kitties
